When your water heater quits, you want a straight answer about what’s wrong and what it will take to fix it. Our diagnostic visit gets you that answer — and if you go ahead with the fix, the visit pays toward it.
- It’s not free. The diagnostic visit costs $100, and we’ll tell you that before your appointment is confirmed.
- You pay after the diagnosis, once the technician has looked at your water heater and explained what they found.
- Repairs and replacements are quoted separately and only happen with your authorization.
- The $100 credit applies when you approve an eligible water heater repair or complete replacement performed by SC Plumbing.
